I bought a supposedly new water pressure guage on eBay for my 1995 ProV150 and the needle starts way below the 0. It moves when I start my motor so it seems like it's working so my question is, is there anyway to adjust the needle so it starts at 0.

Not that I know of.
I had one that old man winter got.... i took it out and used needle noise pliers to bend it back and it worked fine...
How did you get the front cover off to be able to get to the needle?

I went from the back were the hose hooks up you can reach in there with needle nose pliers and bend it back..
