I have read the pdf article on cleaning and checking o2 sensor.
Here is what my readings are. With the o2 off the boat and heated I can get it to go between .3 and .6 like the article says.
With the sensor on the boat it never goes over .04. with motor idling it's reading .035 most the time. Hit the throttle a little and it bumbs to .04.
Then I put my finger over the bleed hole the voltage drops even lower. It never has a significant rise before lowering. It only drops to .033 or so.
Here are my problems. I have the meter I use turned on 2. Why is the voltage not showing what it's supposed to on the motor? WOuld this mean I need to change the 02 sensor?
Has anyone ever saw one do this?
Thanks for any help in advance.
