While trimming my 97 ProV 200 up high enough to put on my transom saver, it makes a grunting noise. It only does it however when it's trimmed up that high. It just started making the noise recently after 10 years of trouble free use.

A good lube job may be needed. Also, there may be some worn parts that need replaced. Use your manual (or download it) and view all the zerks that can be greased.
