Does anyone know if 04 HPDI has the capability to work with the NMEA system. I bought the interface cable but have not tried to hook up yet. if so will i be able to view engine info on my 332C? Any info will be helpful....

My 225 hpdi has a mfg date of 8/04 and works with the NMEA interface cable. I am displaying engine info on my 332c
I have an 04 with NMEA will this give you a water temp reading? My temp gauge doesnt even move most of the time, the first mark is 100 degree.
My manufacture date is 03/04 and no connector

Mine was built in 04 as well but the lowrance connector I got for it had room for four pins and I only had three pins on the engine connector. Can you see how many pins yours has that works? Also, what info are you getting from the connector? Also, was your connector attached to the black pastic covering on the engine that covers up a bunch of the wire hook ups? Just below the fuses?
