lost rpms when running

Hi all, got a small problem again with my motor, when I'm running It seens like the motor will bog down or lose rpms for a few mins and then it picks back up. allmost like its losing gas.
I checked all the wires to make sure there fine, My fuel pumps are new , my fuel filters are new, I have new plugs in it. The 1 thing is that I was low on gas 1/8 tanks and I stoped at a place to get gas put 25.00 in half in each tank and added a half a can of sea foam. this started to happen within 10 mins of run time @ the trny.

I then yesterday add 20.00 more in gas half the gas in both tanks and run my boat on my home lake it took 18 min for it to happen again any ideas??

Do you think I just got some bad gas and should run it out of add more new gas for a place I know moves alot of gas or is it time to take it Back in to the shop

It also seen to lose 2 mph on top end and it looks like I'm using more oil also I had to over trim bad to get it to run up to 5700-5800 rpm

I have an 2004 HPID 225 and i would loose power when i would go over 60MPH's. It turns out the strainer was bad. Just something to think about or talk to your dealer about.

well a couble months ago I had a compression test done and I was at 123 - 126 I talk to Marcus today @ Vegas marine and he told me to do a New 1 here at the house and to check the plugs and I'm at 105 on # 1- 4 cly and 102 on #5 and 100 on #6
So it looks like my Motor may be going down hill, I guess maybe I used to much sea foam and have cleaned it to good I guess I'll be talking to Marcus this morning to see what I can do but I also have a problem with my computer on this motor so I'm not sure were to go with this.

1) I may just get a new power head from Yammie
2) I'm going to call and talk to the boys @ Hydotech this morning too so It may be a trip back east and have them do a rebuilt
3) I may just get a new motor

and I'm Really thinking about just buying a new Alpha 199 Now that skeeter and yammie will not be able to sell HPDI in Ca as of 08

compression gage may not be repeatable.
it does not sound too bad? but things like
this can be extremely aggravating to figure
out.
