I am familiar with 4-wheelers, lawnmowers etc but new to outboards. Just looked at the plugs and they are black and awfully wet, even the threads of the plug up to the compression ring of the plug. This can't be good. I checked them before the first service and the plugs looked like I thought they should, light brown to white at tips, dry. Now they have crusty black deposits at the back of the side electrode and maybe one other spot.
Too much oil? Too rich?
Thanks
