lower unit oil leak

Have just a bit of oil occasionally (about a tablespoon) leaking from the weephole just below the add screw on the lower unit. Anyone had this problem and suggestions? Thanks, Jeff

Is this with the motor tilted? Or down? I'm thinking its the driveshaft seal under the waterpump but can't really be sure without pulling the lower unit and looking.
What motor and what year?

Motor down in the garage after fishing! 2003 250 Yamaha efi. Stops leaking after a couple hours and once again only a teaspoonful or so at most. Clear, looks definitely like the 90wt lower unit oil... thanks, Jeff
