i have a xpress x-19 with a 200 v-max. im runing a 28in prop and a 10in jack and geting realy good speeds out of it but i want to go faster with my stock motor and my set up i can run 80-81.6 all day and see 82 every now and then on gps.my best speed is 82.3

HMMM.....
maybe you should buy a GPS and not use the speedometer for testing.
Maybe explore a tuner also when you talk to Hydro-Tec.
