Got everything installed and pre-checked. Made sure I had a 2 gal can of pre-mix gas hooked up until the oil pump was primed. Crossed my fingers and hit the ignition switch....moment of truth....the old 200EFI fired right up and was purring like a baby kittenContinued to let it warm up so I could dial in the TPS, checked over all the fuel lines to make sure I had no leaks, and primed the oil line going in to the VST. Also bleed the on-engine oil tank.
After the motor was warmed up and the oil lines were primed, I shut her down and started on dialing in my TSP. Got it all hooked up and as with everything else of course it was out of limits (it was set at .15DCV). I started to adjust it to get it within limits of .25-.28...It was fluctuating between .25 and.26 so I think I was good to go thereTook off the test harness and plugged the TSP back together....un-hooked the pre-mix gas and hooked up the normal fuel line from the tanks to the prime bulb. Fired her back up....did some small adjustments to the idle and all is good

I can not thank Mr. Don enough for the service and parts he provided and the time he took on the phone to help clarify steps for me. He also provided invaluable information that is not in the book. Tips and tricks of the trade I would not not be aware of other wise. Thank you Mr. Don for everything![]()

Over all assessment of the job...I would rate it at about a 5 out of 10....nothing real hard about the job, just more adjustments or I think they call it sync n link in business lingo than I thought I would have to do. As stated above, Mr. Don was invaluable and if he was not currently available to talk he would always return my phone call.
I will provide a performance update once I get to the lake...hopefully this coming week or next weekend depending on the weather. As out of wack my injectors were I can only assume that I should see a significant increase in performance.
