1995 johnson fast strike info

i am looking at a 1995 javlin 379t with a 1995 johnson fast strike150 on it can any give me any info on the motor

They are good motors!! The gurus will give ya any particulars. My nephew has a 95 150 that has been a great engine for him. The only thing he's had to do to it was replace the rectifier, in 5 yrs.

Had a 94 for 4 yrs never one problem what so ever. I mis that thing.

Rusty can feel ya in, but I know one year around there they had a cast problem with the block that let water infiltrate into the cylinder..........

they are very good motores i have 3 freinds with um ...2 '94 my & 1 '95 no problems at all with any of them

The 95 did not have the casting problem.
