I have a 2004 Merc 225 Optimax on a 2004 Triton TR20. The engine runs great. Problem is when at just over idle and trimmed all the way down I feel a bad vibration coming from the engine. It seems to go away if trimmed up a little. I checked for a bent prop shaft but it looks straight. Any ideas on what may be causing this?
I have a 250xs on a Bullet that does the samething as yours, I just bump the trim up and the vibration goes away.
Mine is from solid motor mounts.

What prop are you running (and have you checked/inspected the hub, and verified proper propnut TORQUE)?
Is this something that's occurred for a long time, or a recent development?
