I looked at the commonly asked questions and could not find it but may have missed it. What should I have done at the 20 hour service?

- Visually inspect the front and side cowling latches, tighten if necessary
- visually inspect the fuel and oil systems fro evidence of any leaks
-inspect the sterring link rod fasteners
-check all attachment hardware fro proper toruqe, especially the engine mount bolts.
-remove prop
-replace lower unit oil, inspect lower unit oil when draining for evidence of metal- some will be normal.
- lubricate the prop shaft, install prop and retorque
-check the alternotor belt tension
If you do all this your self keep receipts and log your maintenance, also it would be recommended to have a certified dealer enter the info in the system that the 20 hur service has been completed by you.
20 hour service is essentially the same as an ANNUAL SERVICE- except that some items are only "inspected" (and may not require replacement, depending on condition- such as spark plugs, fuel filter, etc).
