    Got a 2011 Mercury 250 pro xs w/ 36 hours, Do I need??...

to change the spark plugs and lower unit oil. I didn't know if I needed to do this at 20 hours or should I go ahead and do it now?

If you're at 36 hours... it's a little late to worry about what you should do at 20.

Spark plug INSPECTION is in order- replace "as and if needed".

Gear lube should DEFINITELY be changed.
