Does any one remember the old TV commercial for the 225 EFI back around 1998-2002...i'm guessing on the years...
it was the commercial where you see a Boat Ramp/Dock with maybe 10 boats all floating just before daylight and and you "hear" a bunch of sheep (bahhssss) and then you see the 225 EFI MERC and you hear a WOLF growl(snarl)...
I've been trying to find it online via google for months now with no luck...
I need a link or downloadable video of it...

I think that was a commercial for the ProMax. A guy at work has aProMax and reminds me alot that his is the motor that's " A wolf among sheep".

Absolutely! When I had my 225EFI, after night fishing, I would idle down a very small canal back to the launch. You could hear the sound bouncing off of each shore that had condos on both sides. I'm sure the residents weren't thrilled, but man did that sound great!Originally Posted by Daretofish
