    I use adobe Lightroom 3, its not cheap but for crop and color adjustments there is nothign out there with a better workflow. Apple's Aperture 3 is close but i like the way Adobe organizes files a lot better.

    If im shooting in low light at a music show or something thats still i tend to use RAW a lot. For action and sports i never use it.

    The only real need to shoot RAW is if you are doing heavy alterations in Photoshop. Most pro photographers shoot JPEG unless it is for commercial assignments that they know will end up in Photoshop. However, to answer your question most of the Adobe programs like Lightroom 3, CS5, (not sure if Adobe Elements will) and GIMP will. Cannon has their software that will allow for some adjustments like color adjustments and minor alterations. Gimp is a free download and will do just about everything Photoshop will

    Google Picasa = Free http://picasa.google.com/#utm_...icasa

    GIMP = Free

    Adobe Photoshop elements = Best value! http://www.adobe.com/products/psprelements/

    Then any editor that above the cost of elements should also work.
