I currently have a Canon EOS Rebel Film camera with 3 lenses. One is a 35-80mm, a 75-300mm and a 28-105mm. I've been looking at getting a Digital EOS, maybe the T1i and was curious as to how well these lenses will work on that body or should I sell all I have an get new ones. I don't do that much photography yet but would like to start doing more sometime soon.
Also, any idea what this camera body and one lens might be worth?

Those lenses should work fine with a new digital Canon SLR. I used a couple of the same lenses on my T1i until I acquired a couple more. The 28-105 and 75-300 are going to be decent lenses to use. The film camera and say, the 35-80 is not going to be worth much though. Check eBay to get an idea of going prices or check Adorama's used section also http://www.adorama.com/catalog...=Used
