If you have a Sportmaster case ...then I would not recommend a Fury because the Fury will blowout on breakover with a Sprtmaster case. The Hydromotive q4xob works great with sportmaster cases.. When you ask about a specific pitch; the gearcase ratio and type and motor year is needed... If you have a TM case with 1:75 gears then a 26 Fury will give great holeshots and carry a load but you will be easily on the limiter .With 1:62 gearsin a TM case a 26 would be a good tourney prop. A 27 Fury will do better overall on your 20 ft. xd with tourney load if you have 1:75 gears and a TM case...

I ran a 26p Fury when I had a 225 Sport XS on my 20XRD. With me by myself and about a quarter tank of fuel it ran right around 86 with the limiter beeping at me. Add another person and nothing else and it would only run 77 on the limiter. I tried to run it as low as I could, but it never would run worth a crap.
