Off the show room floor.
Everything is 2012 except the motor. Motor is a 2011, but still brand new.

Fair. But from what I'm told I think you should look at the x19. Friend has one with a 150 Yamaha four stroke and loves it.

I looked at one loaded out $32500,

I say that only cause I have a 18' boat and it can get a little small. Have a few friends with 19'ers and that 1' makes a lot of difference.

Floyd DLAB and I went to buy an X-19 off show room floor cash in hand ready to drag it home. The boat had a 200 SHO painted white with the graphics..... Beautiful boat UNTIL you got close and started looking close, it was crap. Looked at a couple H-18 they were a lil better but not much. I don't know if this is the dealer that Xpress sends its rejects to or if this is the quality boat Xpress puts out but I left them right where they were and ended up buying the Excel. I am not bashing or trying to talk you out of it. I am speaking from my expierence, I even sent Xpress an email voicing my concerns of the above mentioned and have not received a response to this day. I'm sure Dlab will be along and offer you his opinion on what we saw and touched.

My dad has a x19 and he absolutely has had nitmares with props and getting it to run the way is was supposed to. He has a hpdi 200 and it will just not run and drive like it is supposed to.
Yeah it fishes good but god he has high blood pressure over the driving issue. Chines real bad and doesn't get too much speed and Rpms out of it.

I had a 2004 x 19 with 200 hpdi it would smoke out of the hole had a 74 mph topend,but it was hard to drive because it would get a ding are i would role over a stump on the back few inches of the pad,any hooks dents are a small crease would make that boat run like crap,I had to take to a fiberglass shop put epoxy sand and fill voids are dents it was taken in 3 times i had it 2 years and sold it,I just dont like aluminum high performance hulls my 2 cents the smaller ones are fine but once you get over a 150 and alittle speed it makes a huge difference.The wind would push it alot more than a glass boat.I will never and i mean never own an xpress are any similar aluminum boat
