Fuel line hookup

OK here it goes, I tried to find the answear to this so I wouldnt sound like a idiot but cant find it any were..
When hooking up the fuel line to the engine (2003 225 EFI with a 2006 PowerHead) the line hooks up to the litle square box (about 3"x3") thing that has a line that runs to the filter then the fuel pump? I assumed this as the top of the box reads, "out" wich has the line to the pump and the bottom I think reads "in", this is were I attached the fuel line..
Is this correct?

Yep, that will be your low pressure fuel pump.

Correct- fuel INLET is at the bottom of the "Pulse Fuel Pump".
