A lot will depend on HOW OLD the fuel is.... and whether or not it was properly stabilized WHEN THE FUEL WAS PURCHASED.

It doesn't do any good to add the cocktail to "old-soured fuel"....

the fuel is only a month old (run one time with stabil ) half a tank more or less. What should a person do if for whatever reason you cant go out and run gas through as offten as one should ? Once again you give information that is invaluable to dumb azzes like me

Properly stabilized fuel is usually just fine for a period of 30-60 days (including retention of reasonable octane numbers).
