Woke up last week and my shoulder was hurting. Didn't sleep worth a crap all weekend. Had surgery on the other one two years ago. Went to the doctor today and he gave me a cortizone shot in the joint. The needle did not hurt, but when he injected the stuff in the joint, it hurt. Says we will know in a couple of weeks if I need surgery. This time it would be my casting arm and I would not be able to fish for a couple of months. Sure hope it feels better.
Barry its going to feel better after 3-4 days but if you don't start casting underhanded it will be back in spades. Yea cortizone hurts but you're not going to like the other choice. Take care of yourself my friend.TBJ

I've had to adjust my casting as well, but it beats the alternative. Hope it works out for you.

Thanks a bunch for the prayers and words of encouragement. It seems to feel a litle better this morning. Took 2 pain pills left from my last surgery and slept good.
