Starting voltage

I have a Blazer 2001 202 with a 2004 250 XS . I have 4 Sonar /GPS units running all the time while tournament fishing and when I start my 250 XS my fishfinders stay on perfectly without any problems at all. My brother however has a 2004 XB21 Allison with a 2006 250 Pro XS and runs only two Sonar/GPS units and they shut right off when he starts up his 250 PRO XS even with the batteries freshly charged. We both have new batteries of the same brand with proper capacities . Is it just a wiring issue ?

Either a wiring issue (connections, cables, etc.), or HIS battery doesn't actually have the same capacity (load testing would be in order.... a "sticker" doesn't mean much).
