Went there in october year with a few buddies who go ever year Some twice a year. In fact the just went 4 weeks ago. In october top water early and late with the trick worm after sun got up some. The most recent trip they made worms and rattle traps were the key. In october the bite was so and not as good as it was the previous trips. 4 weeks ago when they went ...same thing. Both trips though 7lbs and a 8 lber were caught with small fish mixed in . No big huge numbers or quality fish. I got alot of help from a local there on the Ultimate bass site under miss. spot. He name is Bclems i think . he fishes there often
