as you know, your backyard is super high and muddy {Henderson}, how did we use to fish it when it was like this?

I also hear that lake martin is doing good.... but I haven't been there either....... I'm like you, just don't know where to go.....

Chicot might not be bad, but it's a hit & miss type of lake for me.......I would work the bank lines in the north end with spinnerbaits and flip a black/blue jig a lot....

Thanks for the input. I have talked to a couple of other guys, they said not to wast time at Chicot. RonnieF posted a report on Lake Martin, he did pretty good, so that is where I will go tomorrow morning. And it is only 5 miles from my house. Went to Henderson yesterday afternoon and you are right high and muddy. I didn't get any reports though. I did hear that Bayou Amy in Henderson id doing good on Sac-A-Lait. I might thry that Sunday. I will let you know how the weekend goes.

I think I would try lake martin too, instead of Chicot....... you should have less time to travel, less expense's, and with all this rain, do better at Martin..... Good luck & have fun, best of all....... Ricky196
