I own a 98 Mercury 225 EFI and I replaced the Tilt Ram o-rings and after Assembling I needed to refill the system with fluid and I beleive I am not doing correctly.
1st - While the Engine was up I tried to refill and I could see some bubbles and I thought that everything was ok, and started running up and down a few times.
It's got to a point that the engine just goes up a little and it does not go up anymore.
I was reading one of your posts a couple of days ago and I saw that you mentioned about releif valve.
I found it but I can not turn it.
Am I going to the right direction?
If I am, how can I remove this Plastic Valve? It is not turning at all.
