Toyota Tundra is driving me crazy

It's a 2007. Got the extended warranty with it (thank god). Been in the shop more in the 7 months I've owned then the 5 yrs I owned my GMC with over 100k on it!

First off the horn quit working.
Then the tag lights went out.
I have a bushing in the front end squeaking.
My rear brake calibers locked up and fried the rear brakes (1,300 dollar warranty claim)
Now it's making a wierd noise down in the tranny area and the check engine light came on yesterday.
There was a few other things that I don't remember now as well.

yep that is usually the direction toyota's will drive you. Try a chevy next time.

Damn.... do you really use your horn that much? I bet I haven't honked the horn in a vehicle 2 times in 10 years. Tag light.... who needs them. rear brakes.... need to be fixed but other then that I don't see a reason to take it in. lol.

IMO it is the luck of the draw. You could have bought the one next to it and never had a single problem.

I agree could be luck of the draw. But, the horn NEEDS to work (required by law), tag lights (required by law) At any rate I will never buy another toyota truck.

Amount of time in the shop for no longer than I've had it is rediculous.

I think there's some truth to this. You know the old saying, never buy a truck that was built on a Monday or a Friday...
