    Flint Hills Bass Association club tournament at Lacygne last Sunday

    We fished a makeup tourny Sun. at Laycgne (the orginal March date was snowed out) and the results were as follows: 1. Ron Martinek (non-boater) 19.29 2. Casey Kidder 15.88 3. Gayland Buchele (non-boater) 15.03 4.Larry Brumley 14.63 5. Richard Heflin (non-boater) 13.89 6. Tie Jim Parsons 12.09 John Walker (non-boater) 12.09 8. Wayne Wenger 6.95 9. Randy Haag 6.14 10. Mike Brumley 5.68 11. Mike Turner 4.33 12. Richard Harmon (NB) 1.72 13. John Burns (NB) 1.21 14-16. Laura Heflin, Matt Honas(NB) and Russ Kuck (NB) each with 25 points. It was a great day's fishing highlighted by Gayland Buchele's big bass of 7.02. It was 22 5/8" inches long fat and sassy a picture is on the front page of our web site http://www.ksbass.net check it out. Gayland was fishing out of the back of my son's boat. Me and my partner Richard Heflin won the plaques for the combined team score of 28.52 with Randy Haag and Ron Martinek in second with 25.42 followed by Jim Parsons and John Walker at 24.18 and Mike Brumley and Gayland Buchele with 20.71. Larry Brumley PS 3 non-boaters in the top 5 and 4 in the top 7 along with big bass these guys can fish.

    Damnation! That's a pig, especially in August!!!!! Congratulations.

    Also, I went to the web page...very nice. I don't know who does your page, but it's very nice! Maybe we'll (my sons and I) have to consider joining. Looks like a good club!
