As if I'm not busy enough working on other peoples boats when not fishing I picked up this project last weekend. It's a 2007 Skeeter 20I with a 250 HPDI. I'm going to add twin power poles, fortex 101 and two lowrance HDS-10s with side imaging sonar. Dual console also has to go. I'm going to pull the motor off this weekend and check out the transom area really well. The motor runs and has warranty until 2012. Boat hit a stump and threw the driver out then went into a stump field. I'm hoping to have it completely redone and ready to rock by my March STREN at LOZ.

I currently have heat lamps in/on it to make sure the glass is completely dried out before I start cutting/grinding and reglassing everything.
