interesting in deed!!! red willow is a LONG way for some to drive for some......it atleast 5-6 for me but dooable if for a few days rather than just 1 day.....Cedar was mentioned once on here but like you posted....if it get more water.

I'd like to play ball on this one but might sit back & watch & see where it goes from there.

not on my budget I just bairly surrive the lastest lay off
Cheaper to keep a kid in tourney fishing than paying attorneys to keep them out of jail !!

Like I said this is just a trial run for an idea, it may be an impossibility. Seems the Co, West Texas, KS, NE, etc guys are just kinda out in left field too far from everything to make a central point work; but who knows.

    Thanks for the replies guys!

Honestly.........I wouldnt mind driving that far........even to Colorado......but man I would need half week to fish/stay there.......Table Rock is still a 6 hour drive for us up yonders......Truman aint bad but is something I wouldnt want to do for jsut a day either. Cedar has been a damn good lake in past so I hope it comes back.

AS far as the rest.......I think its going to be really hard to get enough peeps together that dont have to travel too far.......with the way Economy is right now.....most of the guys are fishing a lot closer to home. I for one have not Fished a Tourney for over 2 years now.....not so much I dont want to but cost is soo much anymore its tough to justify it.......I have planned more "fun" fishing for this year but it is not going to involve a ton of traveling and was planing on staying 2 days at some lakes........even the ones that are only 1.5 hours from me........fish, camp & fish next dat b4 coming home.

Please take no offense to this........not my intentions......but I'd be up for something if I can afford it & was going to go for few days anyway

Matt............. things get better B4 worse for you guys........there are stores/Restaraunts closing in Lincoln now due to slowdown & more cuts @ some of Lincoln more established Companies this crap is not looking good at all.
