Hey Don, Got my SmartCraft guage today. I can't wait to install it. I have a quick question: What is the "Electonic Calibration" by someone trained in DTS for? Do I need this done on a ProXS motor? Thanks again, sure is gonna look good.![]()

You will not need any "DTS CALIBRATION" on your motor.
Connect, and follow the calibration instructions. You will need to turn off some functions, such as trim, oil, and fuel (unless you've obtained the appropriate senders and/or harnesses).
I set one of these up yesterday... they're absolutely FANTASTIC! One more thing you'll need to know... on the harness that plugs into the back of the MercMonitor, there is a single black wire "vessel ground". Be sure to connect it to a "known good ground" (such as the ground wire gang on the fuse panel).![]()
Let me know how you make out!![]()
