Went out to Hillsdale Sat AM with Rick. Just before we had to leave I went back to a PBJ jig and this thing tried to run off with it. 26 1/4", 5.10 oz. When I got a look at the ugly thing I would have cut the line it Rick hadn't of been with me.

How was the bass fishing?
I love fishin for Walleye except it kinda sucked at Cedar this year. Nice walleye. My biggest walleye caught at Cedar Bluff was 7 1/4 lbs.

Thanks everyone. I about stuck my hand in the gill plates a couple times before Rick showed me how to hold them. Then the damn thing stabed me 3-4 times getting it out of the livewell. Rick promised to take it home and kill it, ha. The bass fishing sucked, I skunked. We had a few hits, I think, but couldn't drag anything up.

Stien is the one that showd me how to catch Walleyes while bass fishing
John caught 2 walleye while smallie fishing.
And yes-- it was very tasty at my fish fry Sunday
