is there a return spring thats supose to be in the handle for the trottle? and i was surprised be the corse casting on the mid section of the motor. i guess that is a new stronger casting process for the 06 model so i was told. the trottle stays were ever you put it and the starter motor ingages even while in in forward gear. i think the dealer my have to program the emm to take the tiller handle so the motor will not start in gear(neutral safty switch)
