Has Tim Broken a Man Law

Tim and I bet a bottle on a sporting event over a year ago. Tim lost the bet, I never got the bottle...
Additionally I did see Tim at the Mr. Bass Tourney this year so he could have paid up then.
Continuing to be good friend I sent Tim (free of charge) Ranger Cup decals so he could fish a T and claim Cup money if he won.
Recently I tried to find a home for his decoys.
