Went to the home game tonight. Seaman Vikings vs Great Bend Panthers. Vikes got it handed to them. Both 7-2 teams going in to it.
I'll bet the great bend team averaged 200lbs. Quite a few 6' plus 220lb plus kids out there. They have an awsome football program. 38-14 final.
Told the wife it was pay back time for all the whoopin's the vikes put on other teams at home.

Junction CIty is 9-1 and there only loss was against emporia. JC was up 33-15 and blew it, 33-34. They played last night @ Derby and won 39-12Next up is Goddard. who has 2 losses including only a 21-7 loss at #1 Hutchinson.....
I sure hope Junction City HS can go all the way, it would be about time
