Morning boys. When are all the hotshot fishermen coming back from the rally? It's been pretty quiet with them gone.

I'm glad I have a big boat and also glad I stepped up to a 36v trolling motor...it was brutal out there today.

I was very pleased. I can't believe the difference between my old 74 lb thrust and the new 109. I fished the last 2 hours on the face of the dam with that wind blowing straight into it and it handled it fine (when it was in the water between waves)...

Some guys still just use three batteries with their 36v trolling motors. I know Dennis Edwards does and he said he hasn't had any trouble.

A guy in our club does that also and reports no problems. I have room for the fourth, though, so I think I might go that way. I had juice all day, but I had to really strategize its use to last all day. Kansas wind will definitely test your TM.
