The Good, the Bad and the........well not quite Ugly

OK.........The bad
got e-mail this morning about the Employees being released at 1st part of November were being Released TOMORROW then find out that Wife was scheduled for a meeting today ....................as of noon today she was released from her job effective tommorrow.


The Good.........she has been through so amny intervoews there HAD to be someone wanting to hire her.....and there was........Just got off the pjhone and she has been accepted as a Data Entry Specialist with another Firm
She is expected to start around October 22nd/23rd at new position

Not Quite Ugly...............Her insurance was supposed to be good till end of termination Month. Was just told that Affective 19th we will no longer have insurance guess we'll just have to do COBRA or get another temp policy untill either I can get it or her new job will enroll her

Not sure how some employers expect employees that are to stick around after this with a feeling of security (Maslows theory of Hiearchy), much less feel some sense of loyality towards the company.

I hope and pray that all will work out with her new job

that is a very good point Larry........We have talked about that already.....not quite in that wording but......same in its meaning

Thats great I'm glad that she will be in a new job soon. Glad that its working out for you all.
