    Flywheel Magnets??

Rusty and the beautiful "Parts Chick!"

My magnet and epoxy arrived yesterday as promised. I cleaned the flywheel and the remaining old magnets last night and glued them in place this morning finishing around noon.
Hopeful, I will give a test run in the river maybe tomorrow or Monday.

. . . and again thanks for everything.

If you can't run with the big dogs, just stay on the porch.

    Thank you,

How long should I wait until I start putting things back together again?
I am sure that I should not try to start or run the engine for at least twenty-four hours.
But, to re-assemble everything should I wait twenty-four or until everything is hard, which is now, or appears to be.

    Re: Flywheel Magnets?? (DoferGofer)

I would wait 24 hours to start putting it back together, those magnets may want to pull them self's to the stator if you don't.

    Thanks.

Is it noon time yet? Aw shucks, another eight hours to go before I put my Step-headed-red child back together again.
