I don't think so, when the guy said he had the new world record he was on the east coast. The guy on the east coast had a fish that looked only half of what this one is.

This one is the new west coast record, and still falls about 2 lbs of the World Record caught in Dale Hollow.
this is the pic I thought was the new world record. I new the canada fish wasn't. That was a joke!!
