Hook and Slice Tourney This Weekend

I know it is short notice but if any of you are looking for something competitive this weekend, there is a Hook and Slice tourney at Milford/Rolling Meadows this Saturday. 4 person teams-two play golf and two fish. They have a scoring system worked out to combine the golf score with total weight to determine the winners. One catch-the fishing tourney is white bass only. Hours are 9-2 on Saturday. $150/team with 100% payback.

I had a team together and then remembered the club was going to Wilson. Just a fun T (lots of ) if any of you need something to do and have buddies that golf. If you need more info let me know or call Brad at 785-223-1332.

I think I can do that......but might not be able to hang with you VETERANS

Perhaps a Cast and Blast Tourney... The waterfoulers can whack birds wile we try to catch bass?

I dont knwo about that.........sometimes those feeesh are right where the Duckers are wanting to Whack them and they could be shooting at you or over your head

I fished a tourney in NY and it was opening day of duck season and the last thing they told us as we launched was "be careful not to get shot"

Yeah......we have a couple smaller 300 acre places that are no wake lakes that some of the duckers like to plant on for some reason. They know full well that there are going to be people fishing on there and yet they put there Decoys out anyway. I try and avoid these areas just to be nice but if I cant find fish anywhere else on the lake......its off the the Piles I go......but there usuaally done by then anyway....and if I dont see anything in the sky or hear them calling I usually holler at them to ask if its OK to fish there.....most of them are OK since there not whacking them anyway
