I really like to buddy fish more than single or pro am for tournaments. You guys? Anybody gonna fish Jackpot Kansas?

I fished buddy tournaments for a number of years and they are fun if you have a good partner and get along well, and can agree of strategies.
Only downside to buddy tourneys is there is only so much you can learn from each other.
I fished a couple of jackpot buddy bass tourneys a couple of years ago and it seems to be a good tournament and has a good following. Ed puts on a good tournament. Plus side to jackpot is it's all local for the most part and expenses won't be that much. Downside is payback isn't as much as say Heartland. Heartland this year is giving away a fully rigged bass boat for first place in every buddy tournament and they have great give aways as well. Bad thing about Heartland is travel expenses since they are all in MO.
Plus it's tough to compete with the locals in Heartland when you don't fish those lakes as much. With Kansas Jackpot I think everyone has a chance.
