OH RJ.......where are you????? He is our resident Loomis fanatic and expert.![]()
According to their site ST & SA Blanks are Steelhead Rods. SB = Spinnerbait blanks. I have 4 GLX rods and like them just fine. The flipping sticks are the best I've personally used.

Anyway, I am pretty familiar with the Loomis line, and havn't heard of an "X" or "s" series. I looked on their site and still couldn't find anything. They have recently came out with "specie specific" rods that are very nice. However, I have never used any of them before. I like to stick with the models they have been making for years and years, and that is the IMX series. I do have Crankbait series and a Spinnerbait series though, and they are both sweet rods. I have had about 5 different GLX rods, and don't get me wrong, they are IMO the nicest rod out there, but also IMO there arent' worth the extra $$$ over an IMX........IF you have any other questions let me know.![]()
Hey thanks. Wasn't around Friday, had to go to Topeka and testify before a subcomittee.![]()
