A poem sent to me![]()
This man, he's just one man.
Amaze me so, he always can, cause he's just one man,
One set of hands.
With one gentle touch of his hand on my skin,
The big whirlwind called life, comes to an end.
There's no jar he can't open, no car he can't fix..
From laborer, to a father, to a lover, a friend
As much strength that he has, then there is love in those hands.
This man, this just one man,
Does not realize, the impact he has, on my everyday from light till night.
I am happy not a minute when he is out of my sight.
No other man can stand and be put to the test,
He is the only one for me, and I know he's the best.
This man, just one man,
Can change my mood, my whole world, and even my day,
With just one look, one glance my way.
My lover of lemonade, fish, and his son,
He can always make me smile, just like Mason.
This man, this just one man,
He; been many things, since our lives have began.
Beside him I stand, will always hold his hand.
My lover, my friend, my life, my husband.
