    Tornado Relief Donations

Hey guys I am coming on here to say Thank You to all of you that donated something to the victims of the current disaster.. I am apart of a company (Spin-A-Round Sound DJs) that put on a donation drive yesterday at Silver Creek Middle School and was completely overwhelmed by the amount of people that showed up to help support the victims of the tornadoes.. I didn't make it on here before this weekend to give anyone a heads up on a possibility to help out but I am sure there were some of you that probably stopped by and many more that have helped out in other ways or locations.. We were able to raise over $6,000 in cash donations as well as two semi trailers, 5 buses and plenty of personal trailers full of clothes, food and many other items.. It is awesome to know that in a time when the economy is at its worse, there are still plenty of people that are willing to help others in need out.. So if you were out there yesterday or anywhere else donating to the cause Thank You very much.. If you want to check out some of the pictures from the donation check out the Spin-A-Round facebook page and if you are wanting to possibly make a donation you can either PM me or post a message to our Facebook page and we will make it happen! Thanks..

    Cole

    Re: Tornado Relief Donations (CFISH31)

I stopped by along with my wife and son and dropped a car load of many items off. Thanks Cole and Spin-A-Round Sound guys for organizing the event and for everyone that volunteered to assist you all. I myself was overwhelmed when we arrived. Unbelievable! You all had it very well organized and had plenty of help.

In a time when all you want to do is help anyway that you can, it is sometimes hard to find opportunities to do so especially when access to the town was closed to many other than emergency vehicles. Thank you all for organizing and providing the opportunity to allow others to help out.

Sorry I missed ya Trav we were running around like crazy.. If we wouldn't have had the amount of people to show up and help out we would still be there sorting through everything.. Thanks for stopping and helping us out though!!!
