Has anyone changed the seals out in the lower unit on a 99 175 rude ficht motor! I recently just picked up a butt load of Fishin line in the prop!

No matter FICHT or carbed they come out and go in the same way.
What all is needed to get the seals out and replace them? should I pull the carrier and replace all of the seals?

The only way you can replace the seal in the carrier is by pulling it. Do a search in this forum it has been discussed many times with everything you need to complete the task. Use http://www.shop.2.evinrude.com with your motor model number to get your part numbers. Order them from your local dealer or from any of the internet parts houses. A shop manual would help you to maintain your motor beside the seal replacement.
