The last 3 times out every thing goes fine boat cranks everything lights up, fish for a while. When I restart, the motor fires and then I lose all power to the control panel. Trim stops, all gauges go out, now if I shut it down I'm done the motor wont fire either. Load up and just before I get home everythings Copacetic...everythings back online. Any thoughts ???? Check all ground wires for a good connection on the battery and motor. Check all connections at the Power Distribuition Panel. If my memory is correct on my 99 150 the PDP had a ground wire in behind it...make sure you check it.

A Technical troubleshooter possessing more tools than talent !
If you lost accessory power and trim power then I would suspect the PDP is bad. They have a history of breaking down from bad solder connections in that year range.
