Posted earlier about low WOT TPS reading on my 04 225 FHLSRM. I suspect my problem may be caused by worn bushings in the throttle levers - there is noticable lateral movement in both levers, especially the top one, and if I prevent this movement I can get 98% or so TPS readout and perpendicular throttle plates. Have any of you seen wear in these bushings? Replacement bushings and links are on order, hope that this fixes the issue.
Started break-in yesterday after my rebuild - motor runs smooth and strong, hope it will continue indefinitely!
