anybody been on Cumberland lately?

I've been virtually every night lately, last night caught a 3.5+ smalljaw off the ramp at Lee's Ford. I'm so lazy and tired I just fish off the docks usually instead of lugging the boat around. I only use shakey head jigs or spot removers and have caught tons of fish. The tourney guys I've talked to have been using various jigs also, shakey seems to be in the majority.....

we're puttin in at jamestown, any thoughts on a good area near there to start with? I've never fished c-land before, so Im a little lost at the moment with where to go

There's a million points and secondary points down there, most holding smalljaw......jigs are your friend Also I like to helicopter big thumping spinnerbaits off the bluff walls. I try to hit the dock/ramp/no wake areas every trip, there's always Spots waitin' for a snack.....Good Luck

thanks man....I always have at least 2 or 3 different jigs tied on, and this trip won't be any different....i'll make sure and throw in a few SB's as well with that tip.
