you have the details Rodney,it was just my time.I caught fish on every thing I threw but a spinnerbait I think.If I had been in the right place I would have probably caught them on that to.I was told guys held back for the stren,certian guy blew a motor,What ever everybody else did doesnt matter to me i have fished for years with help and guidence from only a very few people, worked hard to find places to fish on my own and not because I saw someone there,I followed the rules maintained my equipment met the guidelines for the tournament and won.And let me tell you it meant a lot to me.I'm gonna relax and fish the stren now that I got my money back for the entry fee, may not catch a fish or do any good but you can bet I will fish as hard as anybody there.
I will tell you guys that I will not lie to you just to throw you off and that my fish came on a jig and a senko.probably more than I should tell being that i am fishing the stren this week but there are a lot of great guys on here that would help me in more important situations than fishing.Now you all just gotta figure out the rest.MY jis are self made the senkos are gamblers from the cabin bait and tackle in suwanee.

It was not the boats fault, he just had a engine problem like all of us have had from time to time.
Again congradulations to Mike, it took me several years before i won my first Red man back in 1995, i went on to win our devision that year by winning one more. I know how you fell its like a monkey off your back isn't it
Time on water is the most critical thing. Knowing to throw is a minor thing. Everyone has about a thousand dollars worth of spinnerbaits, jigs and plastics. I remember back before when I had time to go alot, I could pinpoint what time the fish would hit in a certain area. Once again congrats and go whack em' next week.
I guess it was the magic of that new prop you just bought
