Just got back from the USA Bassin down there and man it was one fun day. There were between 25 and 30 boats and we came in 4th with 18.15lbs!!1st place was a whoppin 24lbs,2nd was 18.50 and 3rd barely edged us out with 18.20.We had our limit by 9 and just upgraded until around 12 or so,actually when the clouds moved out it seemed the fish did too.All of our fish were caught on main.I think we caught around 20 fish with 16 or 17 keepers. Our big fish was i think 4.2lbs.Dont let anyone tell you Barren is a mud hole right now neither because it def is not, unless you want to run up in Peters,Skaggs and Beaver Creeks. But other than that the main lake is perfect with some trash floating around but its not that bad.All the lakes are turning on right now.Had 2 buddies go to Cumberland today and they said they had 18-19lbs easily with a 6+lb smallie to boot.FlippinDrew also wacked em today at Green. So hook your boats up and go fishing guys,ky lakes are turning on right about now.Sorry,no pics this time
