I had to have a little fun this morning. We have a website to set up service calls that emails directly to our dipacther to call. I filled out a request on there for the Louisville Zoo and listed the contact name as Ella Phant.
Our dispatcher just called 3 times trying to have Ella Phant paged at the Louisville Zoo.
